Spinach spinach spinach. I'll take it any way it comes. I even put it in my blueberry & cherry & banana protein shake in the morning. It comes out a funny color, but tastes great!

It is SO hard to choose!! I do love asparagus tossed with freshly ground black pepper,a spritz of lemon juice,a sprig of fresh thyme, and a drizzle of olive oil - grilled for 2 minutes outside on the BBQ. My other fave is a red-skin baked potatoe with a teaspoon of yogurt cheese and tonnes of chopped green onion! YUM!

I love cucumber. It is so fresh and also a home beauty secret tool for puffy eyes.
In salads, I cut cucumbers with tomatoes in little square pieces and add vinegar, little bit of olive oil and sea salt. Mix everything and the taste is sooo fresh and addicting. :)

My whole family LOVES broccoli. We like it in a big variety of ways: just plain steamed, stir-fried in honey-garlic sauce, on a whole grain pita pizza, and in omelets. We get at least 3 heads of broccoli per week at the grocery store and they NEVER spoil!
