No! I could not shut my brain off thinking about the INTENSELY busy day to come at work. In fact I did work a little over 10 hrs today but I did have a great day and got TONS done! Went for a 3 mile walk after dinner today to de-stress and now I'm about to fall asleep. Will sleep like a baby tonight!

Solid 8 hours !

I started caffeine free and asthma medicine just about 2 weeks ago and I'm noticing my sleep is amazing!

Now to feel like the rest gave me energy all day long.

I had to join in when I read a few of you slept like a baby. My baby is getting another tooth so I was up 5 times last night soothing and nursing. Not a great night but this too will pass.

I'm still struggling with sleep. I have bipolar disorder, and while this diet and exercise have helped a lot with it, I still sometimes have trouble sleeping. And last night was one of those nights. I cannot turn off my brain sometimes! But I also did miss my workout, so that might have something to do with it.

I did. I did one and half hour cardio yesterday and sleep like a baby.

I slept like a baby, but only got 6 hours. I need a solid 7.5 to feel completely refreshed!

I slept real good although I am supposed to be battling a 7 hour time difference. My secret? I stay away during the day. Am busy anyway and workout in the evening.

I arrived and worked out on the same day. Nothing too crazy but enough to get my body going. So far so good :-)

I actually slept pretty good. The first time in a while due to a snoring boyfriend and pug. I do wake up shortly before my alarm goes off for my morning workout, but I think it's because I'm excited to get to it. Making sure I get to bed at a decent time is also important. I don't care how early or if my boyfriend calls me an old fart, but if i'm tired and ready to go, I'm going!

I took a 30 minute walk just after dinner and I think that was enough to push me into a nice deep sleep. I didn't wake up at all last night!

Yes, although I went to bed later than I should have. But the sleep that I got was good sleep.

I had a great sleep last night! I played hockey late last night and I love the feeling of getting into bed at the end of the day after a great workout!

NO! My dog was restless and she kept panting, shaking the whole bed. That would wake me up and then I would start thinking - couldn't shut my brain off! Then I would have to get up and go to the bathroom. That 500 mLs of water before bed didn't help! This happened twice last night! I need a night of sleeping like a rock!

Yes. I was tired when I went to bed and it felt good. I woke up twice to go to the bathroom because I am drinking a lot more water since I have been on this eating plan--but I feel right back a sleep.

No, seems like no matter what I do I can never get to bed early enough therefore usually only end up getting 5-6 hours a night.

no because it was very very HOT here in Australia ( NSW) and i had a mosquito dive bombing me and i had eaten late and poorly - so i was very restless
but not tonight - eats have been super clean today - weight training s done just some cardio and yoga to come - that will be a great way to complete the day!
