Got any inspirational advice for those having a tough day?

1. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths
2. Eat Clean food to keep your body strong
3. Have a good workout, even if it's short, to clear your mind and rejuvenate
4. Count your blessings
5. Remember: "This too shall pass!"
