I am asking for help with figuring out if these are good snacks for following the clean eating lifestyle ? I wanted to make sure these are good clean eating snacks that I have found in my travels to local stores that will help me succeed.

They all look great to me! There is nothing in them but the fruit or the nuts. The only thing I would wonder is if the drying process removes any of the vitamins. Snack away!

Thanks ! All of your posts on here have helped me in this process. I combine some of these snacks with other choices. These snacks have helped keep variety in my days. I like to mix these snacks with other foods to make them a complete eating clean meal. I love to cook but sometimes I need a quick grab and go snack while I am teaching.

I buy my dried fruit from TJ's also, My personal favs are the apples and apricots... I believe any dried fruit would be considered clean as long as it didn't have sugar or any other chemicals in it.. watch your labels.. TJ's is pretty good with their fruit. As far as nuts go, watch salt and make sure they are not fried (as nuts often are!).. TJ's has some great selections marked "in the raw". :) But yes these snacks you have shown looked good to me :)

I am feeling really positive today, enjoyed a great breakfast - always love breakfast and looking forward to my other well organised meals.
I have a litre bottle of water with half a lime floating in it a I can feel the goodness!!!!!
I am finding this website really supportive and posting every day as my own diary that will keep me ontrack.
I am soo excited about my adventrure.
I am really inspired by Tosca as I am 41 and have decided to change my exercise and eating habits. i am lucky that i have a very supportive family - my husband and my daughter are wonderful they love cooking with me and we all exercise together.
Now to read more and educate myself more about new and exciting ideas.

It has been a long while since I have posted. Here is the down and dirty I used to follow ECD and did very well then I guess I just got lax once moving in with my fiance 1.5 years ago ( where does time go?!?). When we moved I found crossfit then heard about Paleo and did a whole 30 which I lost weight I had gained. The problem is I am great with being strict for a short while then everything goes down the tube. I know what to do I enjoy eating veggies and cooking healthy, but my other half does not so I often cave for treats and not so healthy meals with him. How do you find motivation to turn things around? I know my self talk is terrible, but I don't know how to break the funk! And how do you eat with someone who is not so healthy and wants nothing to do with it? I feel like I have almost poisoned my mind with reading too much on how to eat the right way now I just feel frustrated. I know you guys are a wonderful supportive group and I appreciate any advice in advance:-)

Well I can stay these past four days have been great and hard at the same time. I have so many tempting foods in my house that are NOT AT ALL CLEAN. But I am keeping my self in check and staying positive I have done this before. I went about two months with no problem at the beggining of this year. So I know I have it in me to do it. I have stayed clean the last four days it is a great feeling. I have energy all the time to get things done. I cleaned my house quickly and before it would have taken me all day because I would sit down and watch tv or get on the computer and it would end up taking me all day just to get the house cleaning done. Now if my house is not clean it is not because of sitting and watcthing tv or computer. I am off riding bikes with the kids jumping on a trampoline or walking going to the park and helping out in a shcool. Or just plan old good butt kicking workouts. I love this new life that I have and I am determined to make it a 100% clean eating life style for the rest of my life. I know their are going to be times I may have a unclean food but I will always come back to me love of eat clean.
Today I have kept all my food clean yeah. I am doing it and I am going to keep it going. WOO HOO.
Here are my meals. I am getting low on food so I am doing what I can to keep foods clean until friday when I can go shopping it is not easy living from pay check to pay check. But NO EX CUSES just keep clean and eat what you can no matter what. Even if it is the same thing every day.
BF bike ride) protein bar and 1 hard egg
Snack a berrie smoothie with water
L) 1 egg and white, with veggies and 1/4 avocado radishes.
Snack I made a Greek yogurt parfia very yummy
Dinner ) chicken with veggies and black beans and onion.
I am also getting my water in everyday. I can say it really helps when you get your water in all the time. :)
Been visiting with my friend today. It has been great. Came home and ate a clean lunch then I jumped on a trampoline for about ten minutes witch I have not done in a long time. It felt great but definitely need some work lol. Not has flexible. Hope everyone is eating clean and getting their workouts in.
I also have 185 squats to do today. I have already gotten 90 of them done. going to finish the rest this afternoon and evening. Keep up the great work everyone. Hugs

I just got the Recharged book and Rules. I had prepared my oatmeal and bee pollen. I suffered a serious reaction to the bee pollen and had to call my doctor. There should be a warning that people with allergies should not take bee pollen!
