My whole family loves these super easy to make muffins. Great for a breakfast on the go.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix bananas, blueberries, milk, stevia, eggs and baking powder. Once it is well mixed add the oats and mix again. Let it sit for about 5 minutes and spoon into a 12 cup muffin pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray of your choice. Fill each cup to its brim. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Looks yummy, I have a bag of mixed frozen berries, do you think that would be too many flavors???
From: LVFitMama about 2 years ago
Nope. I've used mixed berries too. They also work great.

Sounds delish!!! My kids will love these!! I use Agave Nectar as sweetner....do you think that will work?
From: Ashley Pierrette about 2 years ago
looks soo good!!....do you think it would be ok to omit the sweetener because i tend to do that a lot with recipes that contain bananas since they normally make it sweet enough for me or do you think that might mess with the texture or anything??
From: Roxie-Girl about 2 years ago
You had me at Blueberry! LOL YUMM!! Thanks for sharing!
You know I've never taken out the sweetener, but I think it might be okay because of the banana. If you wanted to use agave I think that would work too.

You don't need a muffin tin! Make bars or blueberry bread. Yummy!

These look amazing, thanks for sharing. Has anyone ever tried adding protein powder to the mix? Curious if it would work.
From: Yvette Lesperance about 2 years ago
Do you have to eat a protein with this during snack?
From: allieosu3 about 2 years ago
I just made them!! Absolutely fantastic! I am going to tweak the recipe next time to see if I can lower the carbs and up the protein. They are phenomenal and so easy to make. THANKS!!!!

Just made a batch of these. Used an extra banana and extra egg whites and old fashioned oats (also added vanilla and flax seeds). SO good! Thanks for a great recipe!

Made them over the weekend and love them. I froze the leftovers for when I'm in a hurry. I used liquid stevia for a sweetner.

making them now, can not wait...yum

I am making these muffins this morning as an Easter treat. I'm craving something sweet but want to avoid the Easter candy! I went half blueberries and half strawberries. Also added some ground flax and vanilla extract. Agave Nectar for the sweetener. I'm excited to see how they turn out!
From: bornagainjen about 2 years ago
Aw, mine came out all mushy on the inside. Are they supposed to be like that?

Just baked these...yum! The consistency was slightly moister than I would like so I'll use a little less milk next time. I also skipped the stevia and it was sweet enough. Thanks!

i made these using agave, really nice
From: leannevf about 1 year ago
im just baking these now to try them out with one cup of mixed berries and one cup of blueberries and i dont have stevia so i used one teaspoon of vanilla extract. (think thats clean) can i add protein powder on the next batch ? do you think that would work? if so i will bake it in a tin and turn them into bars and freeze them so they last the week.

Great recipe thanks! Think I might need to leave them in the oven for a tad longer next time - prob 30 mins would do it. Found they were not as firm as I wanted. I did leave out the sweetener and they still tasted great! Going to experiment with this recipe base for sure! Thanks again! :)

This salsa is squeaky clean, low in sodium, and perfect for pairing with nachos, chicken, fish, or your favourite lean burger. I've served it with amaranth chips in this recipe, which take a little bit of patience to make but the end result is really tasty!
