It makes a ton so even though the recipe says 2 servings I split it into 3. Perfect for those busy weeks when you just need to wake up and have breakfast waiting for you.

They are just fantastic, easy to make and the low fat treat I occasionally need. Plus, this was my practice run for making them for everyone for Christmas! (If you haven't had biscotti before, be warned that they are not really sweet!)

  • Easy Asian-style Fish

    Mr. loves to fish and dive and we're spoiled by the abundance of different types of island fish here in Hawaii. I've used this recipe with all types of fish - would work great with halibut, too. It's no muss, no fuss and very easy to make. This a great way to get healthy fats, lean protein and leafy greens in the same meal. Be sure to use low-sodium soy sauce!
