My Journey:
Dear Tosca,
I began my journey as an overweight, unhappy, all-foods-entitled woman who had allowed my weight and eating habits to get out of control. I was eating just about anything I wanted (a lot of processed foods and alcohol), with no regard to how my body was increasing in size. I no longer had the metabolism I had in my 20s, my mood and sleep were suffering, and I knew it was time to change!
I began my weight loss with regular exercise by eating unprocessed foods as you’ve instructed in The Eat-Clean Diet®. You taught me that I had been depriving my body of adequate amounts of protein, so I committed myself to a routine where each day I woke up and eat a healthy egg-white omelet with either whole grain bread or oatmeal with fruit. This change alone showed me that eating this way would keep me satisfied and I didn’t feel groggy and irritable in the morning.
I worked hard to eat enough veggies and fruits per day. It wasn’t easy at first but by slowly increasing my intake, I came to realize how good it made me feel. I even limited my alcohol consumption to modest amounts on special occasions only.
With these changes my body fat disappeared rapidly. My mood is improved, I sleep well, I have lots of energy and I look better than I ever have in my entire life!

The Eat-Clean Diet is a lifestyle for me now. I can’t imagine it any other way!
